摘  要:Abstract:The invention discloses a synthesis method of a hexatomic ring of an aromatic foldamer, belonging to the technical field of organic chemical synthesis. A finished product is obtained by using a simple process comprising the step of carrying out one-step ring formation, concentration and purification in a dichlormethane solvent at room temperature, wherein various pyridone diacids and diphenylamine are used as raw materials, HATU is used as a condensation reagent, DMAP is used as a catalyst, and Lewis base DIEA is used as an acid binding agent. The method has the characteristics of certain universality, mild reaction conditions, low production equipment requirement, simple process, available raw materials, short reaction time, relatively-high efficiency and the like and can be used for preparing ring products with high yield and hexatomic rings; the method is widely applied to industrial production of the hexatomic ring of the aromatic foldamer; and the hexatomic ring prepared by using the method can be widely used as a metal ion recognition device, a catalyst ligand and an organic conductive material additive, and can also be used as an artificially-simulated organism potassium and sodium ion exchange channel molecular device in bionic biology so as to have a potential market application value. 

主 权 项:一种芳香折叠体六元环的合成方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)分别称取0.5~1.5当量的吡啶酮双酸、2.0~3.0当量的缩合试剂HATU(2?(7?偶氮苯并三氮唑)?N,N,N',N'?四甲基脲六氟磷酸酯)和0.5~1.0当量的催化剂DMAP(4?二甲氨基吡啶)于反应器Ⅰ中;同时,对称取0.5~1.5当量苯双胺于反应器Ⅱ中;反应器Ⅰ和Ⅱ内充入惰性气体,使得化学物质处于惰性气体气氛中;2)向所述反应器Ⅰ内注入1.0~1.5当量的有机溶剂;向反应器Ⅱ内注入1.0~1.5当量机溶剂;3)在搅拌的状态下,向反应器Ⅰ内滴加2.0~3.0当量的路易斯碱DIEA(N,N?二异丙基乙胺),持续搅拌2分钟;4)在惰性气体氛围的保护下,将反应器Ⅱ内的液体滴加到反应器Ⅰ中;反应器Ⅰ内温度保持30℃,反应12小时;5)对反应器Ⅰ内的反应液进行萃洗和分离操作,得到产物。
