摘  要:Abstract:The invention provides a preparation method for metal surface films resistant to abrasion, scratch and corrosion. The preparation method comprises the steps of treating work-pieces in boiling rare-earth salt solutions, carrying out self-assembly and modification treatment on the work-pieces, carrying out chemical bath deposition treatment on the work-pieces, finally carrying out curing treatment on the work-pieces and obtaining the metal surface films resistant to abrasion, scratch and corrosion. The metal surface films prepared through the method are respectively of a fine micro-nano structure and is excellent in abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance. The preparation method is suitable for treating the surfaces of various kinds of metal such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, titanium, iron, nickel and zinc and has the advantages that the process is simple, the operation is convenient, special instruments and equipment are not needed, and large-scale industrial treatment is easy. 

主 权 项:一种耐磨损、耐划伤、耐腐蚀的金属表面膜层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:①沸腾稀土盐溶液处理:将清洁的金属工件浸没于装有沸腾稀土盐溶液的带盖玻璃容器中,密封沸腾处理20~60分钟,然后取出金属工件,用纯水冲洗、压缩空气吹干;所述稀土盐的种类为镧、钐、铈或钕的硝酸盐;所述稀土盐溶液的浓度为0.0005~0.0015摩尔/升;所述稀土盐溶液体积与金属工件面积的比例为100升:1平方米。②自组装修饰处理:将步骤①处理后的金属工件在30~50℃的壳聚糖溶液中浸泡处理10?30分钟,取出后用纯水冲洗;再将工件在20~40℃的聚甲基丙烯酸溶液、纯水、聚乙烯亚胺溶液、纯水中分别浸泡20~30分钟、3~5秒钟、20~30分钟、3~5秒钟并重复此交替浸泡过程5~10次;所述壳聚糖溶液的浓度为2~5克/升;所述聚甲基丙烯酸溶液的浓度为6~10克/升;所述聚乙烯亚胺溶液的浓度为3~6克/升;所述壳聚糖溶液、聚甲基丙烯酸溶液和聚乙烯亚胺溶液的体积与金属工件面积的比例均为50升:1平方米。③化学浴沉积处理:将步骤②处理后的金属工件分别在30~50℃的硝酸钙溶液和碳酸钠溶液中各浸泡10~30分钟,取出后用纯水冲洗;所述硝酸钙溶液的浓度为15~30克/升;所述碳酸钠溶液的浓度为10~20克/升;所述硝酸钙溶液和碳酸钠溶液的体积与金属工件面积的比例均为50升:1平方米。④固化处理:将步骤③处理后的金属工件放入50~80℃的烘箱中烘干2~5个小时,即得耐磨损、耐划伤、耐腐蚀的金属表面膜层。
