摘 要：Abstract：The invention discloses a method for testing content of alkali metal sulfate in portland cement and clinker. The method comprises the following steps: preparing an ethanol extract that the volume ratio of analytic regent AR of absolute ethyl alcohol to deionized water is (1:0.5) to (1:2.0), dissolving clinker or a cement sample into the prepared ethanol extract according to a liquid-solid ratio of (50-250):1, sufficiently stirring for 2-5 minutes, performing vacuum suction filtration so as to obtain a filtrate, and testing the content of SO3 in the filtrate so as to obtain the content of alkali metal sulfate in the sample through conversion. By adopting the method, the clinker and other components can be effectively prevented from being hydrated in the dissolution process of the portland cement and the clinker, great errors caused by gypsum dissolution can be also avoided, and the method is high in testing accuracy and reliable in result, and has important application values in controlling the content of different sulfates in the cement production process; appropriate water reducing agents and additives according to the content of the alkali metal sulfate used in concrete production can be selected, and the significance of production guidance is great.
主 权 项：一种用于测定硅酸盐水泥及熟料中碱金属硫酸盐含量的方法，其特征在于，配制乙醇萃取液，将熟料或水泥样品溶解于制备的乙醇萃取液中，充分搅拌后真空抽滤获取滤液，测定滤液中的SO3含量，即可换算得样品中碱金属硫酸盐含量。
