摘  要:Abstract:The invention discloses a variable-inertia and variable-damping torsion damper. The variable-inertia and variable-damping torsion damper comprises a variable-inertia assembly and a variable-damping assembly; the variable-inertia assembly comprises a left end disk, a right end cover, an inner iron core, a permanent magnet, an inner coil and variable-mass-distribution ferrofluid; and the inner coil and the permanent magnet are combined to generate a magnetic field to change the distribution and the magnitude of a magnetic field at the position of the ferrofluid, and the magnitude of rotating inertia of the variable-inertia assembly is continuously adjusted. The variable-inertia and variable-damping torsion damper can independently serve as a front end torsion damper of an internal combustion engine and can also serve as a secondary flywheel of a dual-mass flywheel to be connected with a clutch; the transmission system damping and the rotating inertia can be adjusted in a self-adaptive manner according to requirements of a control algorithm; and torsion vibration of a transmission system is effectively inhibited. The variable-inertia and variable-damping torsion damper has the beneficial effects that the structure is compact, output damping torque is large, the rotating inertia adjustment range is wide, and the dynamic response is fast; and the fuel oil economy of the internal combustion engine can be improved easily, and the variable-inertia and variable-damping torsion damper can also be applied in a zero-gravity environment of the aerospace and thus has wide application prospects in rotating type mechanical devices. 

主 权 项:一种变惯量变阻尼扭转减振器,其特征在于:包括变惯量组件和变阻尼组件;所述变惯量组件包括左端盘、右端盖、内部铁芯、永磁体、内部线圈和可变质量分布的铁磁流体;所述左端盘、右端盖为非导磁件,左端盘、右端盖与内部铁芯形成内腔;所述铁磁流体位于内腔内,通过内部线圈和永磁体组合产生磁场改变对铁磁流体处磁场分布和大小,连续调节变惯量组件转动惯量的大小;所述变阻尼组件包括惯性环、叶轮、外部铁芯、外部线圈和磁流变液;所述外部铁芯与可变惯量组件的外壳固紧;惯性环与外部铁芯之间形成密封的外腔;所述外部铁芯上设有均匀分布的若干U型流道,流道的出入口位于叶轮两侧,外腔与流道内装有磁流变液;通过外部线圈电流大小改变工作间隙磁流变液中磁场大小,连续调节惯性环与外部铁芯之间的扭转阻尼力矩;外部铁芯与叶轮随可变惯量组件同速同向转动,当惯性环与外部铁芯存在转速差,磁流变液在叶轮作用下处于螺旋流动工作模式。
