摘  要:Abstract:The invention discloses an efficient dust removal system for coal-fired flue gas. A flue gas delivery pipeline comprises a gas inlet pipeline, a throat and a flow equalizing pipeline, wherein the tail end of the gas inlet pipeline is bent downwards to form a blunt body, and the downward pipeline wall of the pipeline section, connected with the flow equalizing pipeline, at the tail end of the gas inlet pipeline bulges downwards to form a dust collecting tank; a plurality of atomizing and spraying devices are evenly arranged in the gas inlet pipeline. A plurality of branch pipelines are arranged on the flow equalizing pipeline to form gas delivery pipelines, the tail end of each gas delivery pipeline is communicated with an inner cavity of a cyclone separator, and a spraying water ring is arranged in the cyclone separator; the dust collecting tank is arranged below the cyclone separator, and a dust removal port at the lower end of the cyclone separator extends into the dust collecting tank. A cathode line for generating electrons is arranged in each gas delivery pipeline, and an anode line is arranged on the inner wall surface of the cyclone separator. The system can remove dust in the coal-fired flue gas more efficiently through three-stage dust removal. Ash cannot accumulate on the surface of system equipment, and stable and efficient running of the equipment is guaranteed. 

主 权 项:一种燃煤烟气高效除尘系统,其特征在于:包括烟气输送管道,所述烟气输送管道由依次首尾相连的进气管道、喉部和均流管道构成,进气管道随气流方向向下倾斜,均流管道随气流方向向上倾斜,进气管道末端朝上部分管壁向下弯折形成使来流烟气发生绕流的钝体,进气管道末端和均流管道相连的那段管道朝下部分管壁向下隆起以在管道内形成与进气管道和均流管道相通的集尘池;钝体下端位于集尘池之上且和集尘池水面之间构成所述喉部;在进气管道内均匀设有若干雾化喷淋装置;在均流管道上设有若干分支管道构成输气管道,每个输气管道末端与旋风分离器内腔切向连通,旋风分离器上端为出风口,下端为除尘口,旋风分离器内位于出风口和输气管道连接位之间设有用于对内壁进行冲刷以收集粉尘的喷淋水环;在旋风分离器下方设有集尘池,旋风分离器下端除尘口伸入集尘池内;在每个输气管道内设有用于产生电子的阴极线,含尘烟气流经输气管道时,被阴极线电离并使粉尘带负电,在旋风分离器内壁面设有阳极线;旋风分离器的外壁面绝缘。
